Captains log "Aftermath"

We have had a bit of a problem with some creatures called "Polymorphs", of course I had to take charge and managed to kill them all when they merged into one huge bastard monster.
 
And I was in my normal state of mind, don't let Niples tell you that there was anything wrong with me. He was the one who had his emotions sucked out by the creatures!

We were attacked by a group of shape-shifting creatures that feed on emotions of others. A full DNA record is available and should be attached to this log entry.
One of the creatures sucked out the Captain's incompetance and turned him into a perfect captain for a while. Unfortunately, it hasn't lasted and he is now back to being the lazy bumbling captain we all know. If this log entry is ever read by someone at the JMC central command- WHY THE BLOODY HELL DID YOU ASSIGN THIS FOOL TO CAPTAIN OF A STARSHIP?!!!
 
Anyway, now that I've got that off my chest I'll report that we are heading to the Proxima system where we will be docking at the 'Proxima Orbital Poultry factory' to pick up some new crewmembers. I think we'll also need to repair some of the damage done by the polymorph. My beloved MacDonalds is...is...gone (sob)... it's just a pile of rubble (sob) No cheeseburgers untill it gets rebuilt (sob)
