Fourth Base is off limits!

The captain's office door chime buzzed. "Come in.." Jay said without looking up
from his stack of paperwork.
The door slid open and Phil Febuggure and Dean Thomas walked in.
"Jay!" Phil said
"Dude!" Dean said
"Buddy!" Phil said
"Mate!" Dean said
Jay looked up halfway, one eyebrow raised. "What do you want?"
"Can't we just pay our bust buddy a visit?" Dean said, hurt.
"Yes. But not when you're both being weird."
"Alright.." Phil said "Fine…look, I just wanna check something……"
"Then go and see Doctor Keto! You come into my office, you keep your trousers
ON!" Jay snapped, pointing at Phil with the clicky end of his pen.
"What?" Phil replied. "No! That was something else, which I was given treatment
for…word of advice guys, don't put `it' in the toaster….."
"Why would we even consider doing that?" Dean said "Actually..no…don't answer
that.. I don't wanna know"
"So then, what?" Jay said "What is it that you want?"
"Well…" Phil began
"The thing is…" Dean continued
"It's like this.." Phil responded
"When you said "Noone is to go to Fourth Base…." Dean said
"You meant no-one apart from us right?" Phil and Dean said together, and
gesturing in a wide arc to include all three men present in the room.
"No, I meant no-one." Jay said flatly, going back to his paperwork.
"But that doesn't mean us right?" Phil said, gesturing to all three of them
again.
"It means every single person on the ship, anyway, you've seen how Katrina gets
when I so much as talk to Cassandra Jones, imagine how she'd be if I went to a
place like that!"
"You could order her to not moan about it!" Dean said "You're the captain!"
"And you could not be an idiot!" Jay snapped "but still, you are!"
"Even if you're under the thumb…" Phil interrupted "You still didn't mean us
right?" he gestured to just himself and Dean this time.
"How many more times!" Jay snapped "It means every single person aboard the Blue
Dwarf! I don't want Doctor Keto blaming me for him having to treat someone for
space-gonnorreah! Now, if you don't have any useful reason for being here,
please get the smeg out of my office so I can get on with some work!"
"Fine!" Phil sulked "We'll leave!"
"You used to be cool!" said Dean
"Whatever…" Jay said "You'll thank me when you're balls haven't melted from
mega-herpes.…"
Phil and Dean stepped outside of the office and the door slid shut. Phil turned
to Dean "Meet you at docking bay 6 at 8pm?"
"But Jay said everyone is banned from going!"
"No…" Phil replied "He said 'everyone aboard Blue Dwarf' is banned. Once we're
at Fourth Base, we won't be on Blue Dwarf…"
"God bless you Phil FeBuggure…"
"Eeeee!"
"Smeg…" Dean said "He's coming too isn't he…."
