OOC - New Crewmember - "Cassandra"

OOC - Second newbie I'm letting in today! Welcome to Andy Locke playing
"Cassandra", who is an attractive exotic dancer with a low self-esteem and a
dark side of drink and drugs, but who has an passion for science.
Andy admits to lurking on the site for about a year, so hopefully is totally up
to date with the storyline. if so I'd really like to see a back-post of
Cassandra's day job and what she was doing just before she was transported
through time to 12th century England. Whilst there maybe she can get a job in
Castle Boobage?

Character's Physical Appearance

With long, straight, dyed black hair and green eyes, Cassandra stands at a
reasonably statuesque 5'9" tall; She has a slim and a, for wont of a better
word, "perky" physique, built more for speed than comfort, and is, as you'd
expect for her line of work, an athletic and physically fit individual (although
her drink, drug and smoking habits are ever so slowly winning the fight against
the regular exercise the dancing affords, prompting occasional bouts of
puritanical abstinence, and yo-yo dieting that do little to improve her mood or
mental state)
She generally accentuates her looks with dark makeup, and wears loose baggy
clothes while not working, although while at work, she can be found wearing
anything from just a feather boa, to a leather corsetted gimp suit depending on
the act.
Character's Personality and Interests

from the little Cassandra is wont to give away about herself, it is apparent
that she is an educated and exceptionally intelligent young woman, who suffers
from the sort of neurotic self confidence issues that result in an otherwise
attractive intelligent young woman working as an exotic dancer in a sleazy joint
like Club Fister
Her well developed sense of low self esteem has resulted in the crash pod she
rents in one of the cargo bays being scattered with numerous well thumbed self
help books, which she uses in vague and often contradictary attempts at shoring
up her creaking personality; Other than self "help", while Cassandra also enjoys
the more mundane sex, drink, and drugs that most other people seem to like, her
real passion appears to lie in her interest in many different fields of science
Character's history/background story

When asked about her history, Cassandra pours you another drink and blatantly
evades the question by chatting about other things; Clearly she isn't all so
willing to chat about her past
Several drinks later, after having talked about a wide range of topics ranging
from the deeply intellectual to the numbingly banal, absolutely nothing of
Cassandras past has become apparent, other your suspecting that she is an
educated young woman with a few self confidence issues
How she came to be aboard JMC Blue Dwarf is simillarly glossed over, pointing in
many ways towards her being one of the ships growing band of stowaways
