[JMC_Blue_Dwarf] “Joining the Party 2”

Where: In a corridor some where on Blue Dwarf

He looked down at a Skutter and swung his pen at it "TAKE THAT you menace!"
"That's the plan. You obviously don't need my help!"
"Come back here! I'll report you to the Captain!!"
"Good luck!" smirked Jay as the express-lift doors slid shut, when would the NEW
KIDS ON THE BLOCK learn....
Just then Walter turned to shout back another parting comment a the person who
had done nothing to help him at all and just managed to catch sight of the
individuals name tag and rank and gaped in surprise as he realised that it was
the captain himself who had spoken to him.
Walter Sweetsly then tried to move after the captain but was block by one of the
Skutters who again head butted him in the leg just as the doors to lift closed
within inches of him.

Walter Sweetsly then gave a huge frustration roar bellowing the words `'get the
smeg away from me you mechanical reprobates'' and booted the nearest Skutter in
the side sending it caring into the others like a bowling ball into pins.
The resulting effect of this caused five of the ten Skutters to become dazed but
the other five on the other hand were able to redouble there efforts and charged
Walter Sweetsly once again giving chance.
Several moments later after having managed to elude a three of the five Skutters
with the use of a rubber chicken Walter made it to the blue dwarfs medical
level, he however noticed that there were two Skutters still after him so
feeling confident he began a swashbuckling duel with one of them armed only with
his pen while the other Skutter sat idly by and cheered its comrade on.
Then suddenly they too head a voice over the ships intercom.
"This is the captain speaking!" Jay said over the comm systems again. "This is
to all Blue Dwarf Personnel, both on-ship and planet-side. If you can hear me,
disable or destroy that cannon! they're aiming at us!"
Then no sooner than the communication form the captain had cut out the tow
Skutters darted off and away leaving Walter Sweetly quite perplexed and quite
worried and what ever might be going one, he then lent to his left to put his
hand against the wall, to steady himself for a moment but the wall moved and he
half stumbled into the med bay.
He then straightened himself up and noticed to individuals taking to one side of
him, then headed over to them and deftly glanced at there name tags taking there
names which were Amber and someone called Rosette, he then after seeing them
notice him introduced himself to the two ladies, "Hello I am Walter Sweetsly,
Blue Dwarfs Health and Safety Officer, I don't suppose you can tell me what's
going on''.
But before he could say any more his overriding health and safety sensibilities
kicked in as spotted some thing, what he believed to be wrong with Amber's
attire.
Walter Sweetsly then gestured to the bra strap peeking on Ambers left shoulder
which was just visible under her open Jacket, `'Space Corps Directive 138 the
bras of female crew members should be suitably secure so as not to take the eye
out of a passing male crew member, but subtlety enough to allow for easy removal
by a male crew member in certain situations'', `'attend to it'
Walter Sweetsly then stood to one side for Amber to do just that.
