A Rude Awaking (An Introductory post to my Blue Dwarf Character)

Were: Some where deep with the bowls of Blue Dwarf

In a dark damp corner deep in the bowels of Blue Dwarf were few have
travelled or even visited, a large dirty and grimy shape of a stasis
pod can just be made out in a large poorly lit storage room.
A lone Scutter aimlessly wanders in to the room having just noticed
it, thinking to its self it thought that it must have passed this
room hundreds of times with some of its fellow Skutters but had never
bothered until now to take a look.
The Skutter then began to trundle about looking at the various crates
and boxes of stationary, spare uniforms and mugs etc when a large
shape caught its attention, lurking in the corner was the
unmistakable shape of a stasis pod, the Skutter then cautiously
approached the side of the stasis pod finding a small access panel
which had a small screen and number pad and being overly curious and
throwing caution to the wind the Skutter decided to open it and
punched in the activation sequence.

Shortly after the after the activation sequence had begin the stasis
pod gave a loud beep and the Skutter darted away in fright and his
behind a large box and peeked out at the stasis pod to see what would
happen next.
Wolfgang Sweetly groaned in the pod, his flickered open and his
thoughts and memories came rushing back into focus he immediately sat
up bumping his head on the inside of the stasis pod `'oooff''.
At which point he then remembered where he was and pushed open the
hatch of the stasis pod and clambered out, he was just about to take
another step when his groin gave a lurch causing him to groan and
then run off into a dark corner of the room and relieved himself.
As soon as he had finished he stepped out into the middle of the room
and took out a small mirror form his top right hand pocket, and
checked him self out, seeing that not a hair had been put out of
place, boots shining and uniform crisp and clean he looked about and
took in his surroundings.
Wolfgang soon began to rapidly realise he was not where he was
supposed to be, thinking to him self, he thought he aught to have
been in some kind of room filled with other stasis pods and that
there should have been a waiting room or something to that effect.
Pondering for a moment longer he decide to firstly find out where he
was but then quickly realised he did not have a smeging clue so
deciding to try and make best of the situation he opened up a supply
crate marked stationary and took out three different coloured pens,
along with a note book and pad which he clipped onto a clip board, he
slipped the note book into one of his jacket pockets and the pens
into his top left jacket pocket, he then checked his mirror again
along with the other items he had with it which were a small empty
see through plastic bag, nail file, nail scissors and a comb.
Then suddenly Wolfgang turned around to hear a wiring noise and
almost tripped over the Skutter who had been hiding just popped out
of its hiding place.
Wolfgang the shouted out at the Skutter who had almost knocked him
over `'you, who do you think you are, whizzing about at those kinds
of speeds'', he said whilst making a note of the Skutter's serial
number on its side onto the clip board.
The Skutter then waved its three mandibles around as if it was tiring
to explain but Wolfgang put his hand out and cut the Skutter off in
mid wave saying `'no don't try to explain, I think what some of you
Skutters need is a little talking to, so why don't you take me to
some of your fellow Skutters'', reluctantly the Skutter nodded and
indicated for Wolfgang Sweetsly to follow. Who mutters the
words `'there's nothing that can not be solved with a little health
and safety''.
Wolfgang Sweestly then followed the Skutter up through the bowls of
Blue Dwarf to the more noticeably used and more lived in parts of
Blue Dwarf and was lead into a small room where it looked like
several Skutter's were taking a break, he then quickly took in there
numbers and rapidly surmised that there was ten Skutters in total.
He then preceded to order them about into to rows and then preceded
to give them a lecture on the speeds the should be travailing at when
moving around Blue Dwarf, Wolfgang continued to drone on at them for
about 30 minuets when to board Skutters started to play pat cake with
each other and so when Wolfgang Sweetsly saw them, annoyed he trough
a peace crumpled up paper at one of them which hit it on the head.
The Skutter next to the one who was hit with the peace of paper turns
and looks at Wolfgang Sweetsly giving him a rude gesture and is
joined in by all the other Skutters who have clearly have had enough
and as Wolgang tries to yell at them Skutteer darts out and knocks
the clip board from his hands.
Wolfgang Sweetsly then shots at the Skutter `'what the smeg do you
think your doing'' just as another Skutter prods him in the leg quite
hard with one of its mandibles and just as he is shout at it the
Skutter which knocked the clip board from his hands jabs him with on
of its mandibles making him yelp.
It is then that he starts to back away form them towards the door at
the back of the room, and sees the group of Skutters slowly
approaching him, he then turns and runs with a yell as the Skutters
pick up speed and chance him out of the room and down several
corridors with Wolfgang Sweetlsy's high pitched yelling echoing down
and along them.
