Pancake can't outstay his welcome
Who: Justin Pancake
Where: Willy Eckerslike's holiday apartment, New Tenerife
When: The morning after my last post

Eckerslike laughed, and his huge belly wobbled. Justin laughed too,
almost unaware of the weird effect the obnoxious Eckerslike was having
on him.

Justin woke up on William Eckerslike's floor. A carpet texture was
imprinted on his face.
At first he didn't now where he was, then he saw the lardy mass that
was Eckerslike asleep on the settee, with an Xbox controller jammed
into a crease in his belly. Justin took a closer look. This was
William Eckerslike, the boss of the entire Jupiter Mining Corporation,
a fat lardy lump who was obnoxious and racist, and at this moment
looked like a mess.
Justin thought how innocent and peaceful he looked right now, and
wondered how much money Eckerslike had in his wallet. And if he killed
him now, how far he could get before he was arrested. Eckerslike
snored, he looked so helpless. Justin clenched his fists... but he
just couldn't do it.
Eckerslike farted. A big loud one that startled Justin, and woke
Eckerslike up. "Oh... um..." He wondered why Justin was hovering over
him with his fists clenched. "Where were we?" He plucked the games
controller from the crease in his belly and pressed a few keys.
"I fell asleep on level 57." Justin said.
"Oh. What score did you get?"
"388." Justin boasted.
They sat playing more games, and Justin wondered if he should go back
to his hotel. His clothes were all sweaty from eating crisps, drinking
lager, and sleeping on the floor. But as he stood up to do leave,
Eckerslike urged him to stay for breakfast at least.
Justin was so weak willed that he did so, and waited for the hot
Ffionian woman to bring him some food.
Eckerslike only moved to go to the toilet. This was the first chance
Justin had to look around the apartment. It was big, and it was
impressive, but it was starting to get messy. There were a lot of
doors, most of them locked.
Justin peered through a few but there was nothing of interest.
Then he saw a door that immediately caught his interest. In big
glowing letters were the words "Corridor of infinite perversions." He
had seen that before, it had been what the "General" had mentioned to
him before he had died by slipping in some alcohol. Justin had tried
to get more information about his other self from the alternate
universe but he'd died before he could tell him. Something about a
deck number? Justin couldn't remember.
The sign was glowing brightly on that door. Justin walked over, and
realised there was a huge lock on the door. A lock with a code, and an
iris scanner. Something important was definitely in there. Justin
wondered what.
He pushed on the door just to make sure, but he heard Eckerslike
calling him.
"I'm gonna beat your 388 point score laddie!"
