New Security Officer

Who: Rika Anaya DiPaolo

When: After Boarding
Rika was actually shocked to get a reply about her application to
JMC; after many greusome hit-and-misses in several different temp
agencies and employers of the like, Rika had figured that her last
ditch effort would have produced nothing but a short, "We're not
really looking to hir anyone like you, but we'll keep you on file."
After boarding the ship her things had been taken elsewhere, she
wasn't quite sure where yet. Not exactly familiar with the ship, or
the people on it, Rika headed for the bar because it was the only
place she could really see to go. She took a seat in a corner so she
could watch the people hanging around and maybe get a feel of the
new place.
Rika knew she was supposed to be a security officer of sorts for the
ship, which struck her as funny seeing as how she'd spent the
majority of the last few years outwitting security in any way she
could; she'd also been told that a more detailed explanation of her
duties and the ship would be given to her later, probably through
another crew member. Rika wasn't looking for a conversation at the
moment, whether she wanted to get familiar with the place or not, so
for now she just kept her seat in the corner.
