Matt and HG made their way to the hanger.When they arrived they saw
about five more people standing in a row.One man came up to him."You
there get in line!"He yelled."Okay."Matt said,He and HG scrambled into
line."My name is Mr. Bannana...Barret So you want to be pilots aye.Well
I say you havent go the guts,"he yelled at them."Before I let you be
pilots you have to prove you can fly a strawberry...I mean a
starship."Matt rolled his eyes."Oh another lunatic."he groned."Now all
of you will go to the satsuma...I mean the simulator!"Mr.Barret
said.Everyone walked over to the cockpit shaped space simulator."Right
Mr. Mango."He said to one of them."Martin."He corrected Mr.
Barret."Sorry Martin Get in the simulator."Martin got in the
cockpit."Right one thing you must look out for while flying is
meteors,"Mr. Barret started."If you hit one this is what will
happen!"He shouted.He threw a small metal object into the simulator and
after a few seconds it exploded."That is what will happen if you hit a
marjarine."Barret said."RUN!"someone shouted.Everyone ran for the
nearest exit."Matt?"HG asked."Are you sure you still want to be a
pilot?"
"We'll tell the captain."Matt and HG ran to the drive room and walked
up to the captain's office.A tall man aprocched them."Can I help
you?"he said."We need to see the captain."Matt answered."I'm sorry the
captain is eating with some officers and a second class technichian."He
told them.Matt and HG walked away."What are we gonna do?"HG
asked."There is one thing we could do."Matt said."What?"HG asked."HG,I
have a cunning plan."Matt said."We be the chefs for the meal."HG banged
his head against a wall."We cant cook."he moaned."Yes we can."Matt
said."Matt all you can cook is porridge."HG explained."And when you do
more of it is on the walls than in the bowl."Matt picked up HG and
switched him off."Well,We're doing it all the same."he said."Matt
Lister Pilot/chef."
