Who: Joe Craggins
Where: A blue-midget in temperal space (space in between time and
dimensions)
When: Uknown
Joe woke up with a start. "Thats funny", he thought "I didn't even
realise I had been asleep". He stretched, then looked at the
console "Destination: JMC Mining vessel Blue Dwarf Destination time:
Tuesday April 11 2106 8:45pm". Alarmed Joe began a ship diagnostics.
Before he went to sleep, the display had read "Hastings Earth 1066."
Shocked Joe found that the starboard engine was badly damaged with
laser fire and the warning alarm had been disconnected. The Blue
Midget was running at full speed. Just pressed the switch to turn
auto-pilot off and got a flashing message on the display "Please
enter security code" Security code? Since when did the Midget need a
security code for turning off auto-pilot? Joe entered in the
standard code "Incorrect code-you have two attempts left" it said
ommniously. A massive ship hundreds of times bigger than the Blue
Dwarf apeared in thin air right in front of the Midget. Some kind of
laser fired at the Midget and it came to a dead stop, unable to
move.
