room of a thousand crates

Who: Kevn Fenard
where: the bookshop
when: after a few minutes of looking
Kevn was about to go to the A-G section when he noticed something...
It was quiet... Kevn should've heard at least the shop owner, but
there was no one else to be heard or seen. "Hello?" he called out.
No one answered... He went to the counter, there was no one there as
well. He decided to go behind the counter and enter the door behind
it. As he entered the smell of alcohol filled his nose. He looked
around and found no one. He found another door in the back and
entered. It was a small room, and it was empty, all but a small
trapdoor. Kevn went and opened it. There was a ladder which went
down until the darkness made it impossible to see. Kevn decided to
go down it, the ladder creaked under his weight. "Should stop eating
those cakes." kevn quipped.
The ladder was now moaning as he climbed down. Kevn decided this was
suicide and began to climb up. Then the ladder creaked and broke!
Kevn fell down the narrow shaft, screaming. But thankfully the shaft
bent into a slide and now Kevn slid down the dark shaft. It was a
while until it ended with a open vent. Kevn fell another couple feet
and landed on some crates. He was knocked unconcious...
