Operation: Crai Cymru

When: As the Raven lands
During the Twenty Minutes it had taken for the Raven and Vespidae to
reach New Wales, Peter had managed to load himself with weapons. He
had two assault pistols strapped under his arms, and two more on his
legs. He also carried a pump-action shotgun on his back and held his
trusted Minigun in his hands. With the bullet chains wrapped across
his chest, he looked quite the action hero. Very Rambo.
The Raven landed with a dull thud on the ground, the Welsh gravity
kicking in as the Shipboard Gravity Generators switched off
automatically. The Gravity was slightly lighter than the Standard 1G
on Earth & Blue Dwarf, but he could handle it.
As the Doors opened and the embarkation ramp extended, one of the
senior Security Marines onboard bellowed "Ok you ladies, you wanna
live forever???" in a rather cliched manor.
The Troops and various other Space Corps Personnel filed out of the
ship and made their way towards the enemy camp, admist a hail of
bullets and explosives.
Peter stealthily made his way towards the compound too, as he was
moving he saw three or four soldiers coming towards them in a Jeep,
with a gun mounted to the back.
<Eat this> thought Peter.
Holding down the trigger he unleashed death upon them. A bullet hit
the driver square in the face, causing him to slump over the wheel,
send the vehicle into a cartwheel before exploding in a bombastic
display of metal, rubber and human remains.
"Nice shot mate" said a Security Guard, who was busy taking on a
Welsh Terroist, popping a couple of bullets into the henchman's
belly.
"Cheers man" said Peter, before running off further into the
compoud. He hadn't gone more the 200 Meters when a bullet hit him,
passing straight through his shin, sending him tumbling to the
ground in excruciating pain.
"Looks like we got ourselves a prisoner boys" said a voice, deep and
masculine and tinged with a welsh accent. It was the last thing
Peter heard before the rifle smacked him round the head and he
tumbled into the darkness of unconciousness.
