Where: Hanger Bay 1 & Starbug 1
When: As Chris and Jay prepare for their assault on the Terrorist HQ.
Peter rose from his seat and moved over towards Captain Jed.
"Captain?" he asked
Jed turned to face him, slipping some chewing tobacco into his mouth
as he did.
"What can I do ya for son?" asked the Texan
"Permission to join Jay and Harris on their mission sir"
"Why in tarnation do ya wanna go son? the best pilot in the sector
and a man with reflexes quicker than a toilet stop in rattlesnake
country ain't exactly the sorta men who'll need backup."
"Well, who knows what those bastards down there will try and pull,
and if one or both of them get injured or killed, they'll need
someone to get them out of there."
Jed mulled this over in his head "Ok pardner, your on the team. Get
a shuttle down there ASAP."
"Thanks Captain" said Peter.
He left the Drive Room and made his way to the Armoury. Here he
picked up his Vulkan General Electric Mini-Gun, he grabbed some
chains of bullets and slung them round his shoulder. He made his way
down to the Hanger, stopping at his quarters briefly to pick up his
Flight Jacket.
He reached the Hanger Bay and looked upon the Raven, armed to the
teeth and ready to unleash Electric Death on some terrorists 'from
the valley'. He noticed one of the missiles had had a quickly
painted, and rather crude, image of a crazed sheep painted on it,
along with the legend "SHAG THIS!". Funny.
"Hey, Marwood, you joining us for our Sunday drive down to the
green, green valley?" asked Jay, coming out of the Raven.
"Yeah. I saw what they did to Vladivar, eye for an eye, tooth for a
tooth etc."
"Well, here's Chris, lets get ready"
