"Dangerous toys are fun..."

Where:Main gun B outside the ship.
Kevn always admired the turret guns on space craft. When in the war
he would clean each barrel on his space fighter, that was a long time
ago... Now on Blue Dwarf he could only listen to himself hum "Highway
To The Dangerzone" (that song from Top Gun). He twisted a bolt with
his wrench, "That'll do it, until you decide to come undone in a big
fire fight" once inside he placed his space suit on the rack. "Time
to see if my 'upgrade' worked." he sat at the gun's controls.
He pulled the trigger, BOOM!!!!! A blast of red hot energy left the
ship, and hit an incoming mail pod. "Smeg!" he cried out in surprise.
He was thrown out of the seat from the shock of it. He looked at the
console, it was a charred mess. "Okay it worked." he sighed.
