been threatened with certain death, "It's harder to not shoot someone
than it is to actually do it." "How's that?" Kara was curious,
despite herself. "Well, when you're pointing a gun at someone, it's
just so easy to kill them and be done with it, but have you noticed
how hard it is to put the gun away and say 'I don't need to do this'?
I've been in that position myself." Jessie winced at the memory.
She'd come so close to murdering Sandra... she tried to put the
thought out of her mind. Better not to dwell on the past.
