*backpost* - "The Criminal Justice System Today"

Who: Chris and Alandra
When: Before the away team left
Where: The Brig
 
Chris walked into the brig with a stern glare on his face, he hadn't slept last night and was not in the slightest bit happy to be woken up at a time that he should still rightfully be completely unconcious due to a copious intake of alcohol.

 
He walked up to a cell and walked past as he noticed that it's occupant was asleep, he did the same with the next three cells until he arrived at Alandra's cell.
 
As he peered in, he saw that Alandra was awake. He pressed the button that opened the cell door and she looked up as he entered the small cramped space, holding the door open as he did. No doubt Alandra expected another security grunt to enter as the door was held open, but none came.

 
"Alandra Alkiera?" asked Chris
 
She replied with a nod.
 
"On a charge of attempted Murder?
 
Again, she replied with a nod.
 
Chris looked down at his notes on Alandra before looking at her again.
 
"What in the name of..." he exclaimed as he stuck his head out of the cell door. "You have got to be kidding me right?" he asked the next highly ranked officer in the room. The officer shook his head grimly before returning to his duties.

 
Chris turned back into the cell and shook his head in frustration. "You're free to go" he mutted angrily. "But you're on spud duty for two weeks".
 
"Aww damn..." replied Alandra before standing up and walking out.
 
"Ungrateful bitch!" said Chris to himself as he walked out of the cell only to find that she had already the left the brig. He tutted to himself before muttering,
 
"The criminal justice system today..."
 
As he left the brig, walking to meet the away team.
