Phils pills and fire continued...

After the fire had been put out by some skutters who made offencive
gestures to Tara for making them do that, Tara put the pills on a
table along with a note for Phil saying
"Don't take all of these at once Tara" She wondered if Phil would
ever become a human again she wondered if him being human was a sign
that the time loop he had been stuck in had been broken, she made a
mental note to tell him this when she next saw him....
Is Tara right?
Will Phil ever become human again?
Will Phil take all of the pills at once?
