Personality and Interests

He hides his true emotions from the crew. He usually acts as if he's happy most of the time and is always willing to lend a hand. He enjoys the company of others despite his true feelings. He is always hard at work to try and distract him from the truth he knows. He doesn't get angry often, but when he does he will usually get violent due to he nature of burying his true feelings.

History

Brought up in a working class family, Nathan never really had much. Anything he did have he had to share with his two brothers and his sister. He quickly turned to making things to make up for the lack of possessions. After school he would make his way home stopping off at the junk yard to see if there is anything he could swipe. Soon enough he came across an old shuttle vessel, burnt out and rusted. He hauled it home and planted it firmly in the garden. He knew he could fix it. Weeks went past and he made slow progress. One day on his way home from school he was stopped by his neighbor asking if he could fix his T.V. He replied with 'I'll give it ago.' He fixed it and returned home to his shuttle. Soon after he found that people were asking him for help repairing things. His time fixing the shuttle became dropped, until it came to a staggering halt. One day a man arrived on his doorstep. He asked to speak with the owner of the space shuttle. Nathan answered. The man didn't give him but stated that the shuttle Nathan had taken belonged to him and if he didn't give it back he would regret it. Nathan was stubborn and refused. The man shook his head and left. Weeks later and still no sign of the mysterious man. Then one day Nathan came home. He opened the garden gate to see the front door smashed in. He raced in to see blood on the floor, but no sign of his family. He followed the blood into the kitchen. His mother lay there clutching a blood covered note. Nathan raced over to her and placed her head in his lap. She looked at him and with her dying breath whispered the words 'I'm sorry.' Nathan watched as her eyes went still. A single tear dropped from his eye onto his mothers forehead. He screamed at the top of his voice, a voice filled with anger. He took the note from his mothers hand. The blood had soaked into the paper and the note was barely readable. It read 'I told you, you would regret it.' Nathan stood up. He ran for the door and then it hit him. It was his fault, he is the reason that his mother is dead and that the rest of his family is nowhere to be seen. If had just given him the shuttle then none of this would have happened. He had to get away from it all. Every time he looked at the house he was reminded of his mistake. He joined to JMC and tried to get as far away from it as he could.
