Job

Law Enforcement Officer of the Space Security System (S3) which is a sub company under the Space Corps command. Their job is to keep the acts of Mining Corporations and other space company's strictly legal, any unauthorized activity would be relayed back to the SC. All ship commanders were informed of the LEO's on board, however there was usually only one.
When Red Dwarf went missing the blame was passed to the S3 due to the faulty drive plates which were left unchecked, to stop any public unrest the S3 was disbanded promptly. However, Blue Dwarf failed to receive the directive and Eric on board was unaware of what had happened.

Physical Appearance

Eric Croft is a well built man with sleek hair and a thin beard growing, sadly Croft is also a Hard-Light Hologram who died on board Red Dwarf.
He also has a Black "H" on his forehead.

Personality and Interests

Eric Croft has always wanted to be promoted to a better place in the S3, this lust for power has sometimes got him into trouble. He has always been a forgiving person but can be quick to judge people and can easily underestimate other members of the crew. Eric has always has always wanted a world of peace, his dying wish was to create a ship where crew members could live freely and happily,

History

Eric was first assigned to Red Dwarf where he worked for two months, however 3 weeks before the disaster on board Croft was on V-deck when he fell into the Engines and was killed, his remains where flown via Starbug back to Earth were he was buried. He was then assigned to Blue Dwarf as a Hard-Light Hologram where he carried out many of his jobs as usual. After the incident on Blue Dwarf, Eric was also placed into stasis, however, when he awoke he quickly hurried off to live in the Cargo Decks where he will, one day, create his own ship and bring about a travelling nation were corruption will no longer reign and all the crew members will live in a non hostile environment. But until then............... Hes got a lot of Smeg to do.
