Two More Ongoing Worlds Community Honor Laureates
With another outstanding FallFest in the books, it’s time to officially recognize two people who really made it happen this year. But before I do that, I want to thank Phoenix Roleplaying and everyone else who had a role, no matter how small, in helping make FallFest ’14 another great success. 2014 Simulation Cup – Nominate your game
2014 Simulation Cup
That’s right–it’s that time of year again. It’s officially time to accept entrants for the only sim and role play competition that dates back to the last millennium (more specifically, 1999). What, you haven’t heard of the Simulation Cup? It’s an annual event where sims and role play games have the opportunity to showcase their excellence and compete against each other in a friendly manner to win various prizes. Oh yeah, it’s usually called the Tournament of Simulations (ToS), which you might be more familiar with.

Please allow me to confirm the rumor… The 2013 Simming Prize is officially open for nominations! I recently had the opportunity to sit down with FSF Ignatius, the Prize’s administrator, and he filled me in on the details. All simmers and online role players are permitted to submit their favorites from among the community through June 27, 2014 at the following link:

Hey guys! Tib here. Right now I am announcing the first Ongoing Worlds Image Of The Month contest! The contest has not started yet so please don’t start to work on anything if you plan on competing. The contest will have a theme and those who wish to participate can create an image referring to the topic and an OW game of their choosing [One that they are a part of]. If you’re thinking about competing fill out the form below and let me know! Thanks to Xexes for the donation
Xexes donated to our running costs, and will be sent a mug!
A few weeks ago I announced that anyone donating over $25 will be sent an OngoingWorlds mug (modelled by Ed below).
Roleplayer Xexes has done just that, so I’ll be sending him one of our special mugs. Xexes is a roleplayer and has written several articles for us which you’ll find here, and you’ll find him on RPG-D here.
