Despite the image, we’re not currently accepting nominations for the 2018 Tournament of Simulations (ToS). But that will happen very soon… so stay tuned!
In 2016 we published an article on how to win Squiddies that explained in great detail how the process works. Even though that piece briefly discussed ToS and gave what is still the best advice regarding ToS (Just Enter!), we thought it would be helpful to pull back the curtain on this competition as well.

That’s right, the 2018 Simming Fall Festival is scheduled for December 15th! Indeed, TNU Project has been selected as this year’s host, and Josh Hina will serve as chair. We’re going a little different route this year as TNU is not a club in in the traditional sense. Instead, they’re a member of Ascension Sims. It’s time to select a FallFest host! Well, it’s actually past time! We held SciWorld later than usual this year and wanted there to still be a good gap between the two. What a SciWorld we had last month! In case you missed it, Bravo Fleet and Star Army partnered together to host the 2018 edition, which was an absolute blast! As far as we know, this was the first time that two different sim clubs co-hosted the convention. The first SciWorld was in 1999, and it has been held continuously since 2011. We believe that this year’s SciWorld was the 16th, but we’re not positive as many records from the early 2000s are no longer available. Read More
